The week has begun and once again I find myself caught up with work and too busy.
Monday: 25 minutes yoga, 25 minute run, 10 minute core work
Tuesday: 25 minutes yoga, 45 minute run
So as you can see, I am still doing reasonable well this week and looking for the expected warmer temps on the way!

Weekend Warrior
Today, I have come to the realization that I am a weekend warrior. I find it funny that some people find my athletic prowess amazing when actually it is a far cry from my days as an elite athlete. But life moves on and so do I. I have always wanted to have many different adventures in life and to embrace each and every one of them. So I am going to embrace the weekend warrior in side of me and track my daily workouts and life adventures on this blog. We will see how long it lasts.
Today's workout:
Yoga video- 25 minutes
Run- 60 minutes, nice and easy no distance recorded
Bike- 39.1 miles, average 17.4 MPH (strong north east wind)
