The week has begun and once again I find myself caught up with work and too busy.
Monday: 25 minutes yoga, 25 minute run, 10 minute core work
Tuesday: 25 minutes yoga, 45 minute run
So as you can see, I am still doing reasonable well this week and looking for the expected warmer temps on the way!
